In fact, by separating your thoughts from the negative ones, you'll be able to better concentrate on the positive ones instead of what is going on around you.

Thoughts have the ability to control you. The more you allow them to control you, the more control you're going to have over your life. It's important to realize that no matter how great a person you are, you still have to have control over your thoughts. If you're stuck in an intense situation and feel like everything is going against you, then just remember that your mind and body are working against you.
